Terms of payment
10.1 Payment for the Products can be made directly on the MrBrando website by bank transfer, credit card and / or electronic payment solutions (such as PayPal).

10.2 MrBrando guarantees the security of all payments made as the system is developed with Payplug's 3D-Secure (or 3DS) technology. 3DS technology protects shoppers from credit card fraud by adding a higher level of security before authorizing payment.
For example, when the User enters his bank details he is automatically redirected to the website of his bank, where he is asked to confirm through an additional identification process that he is the holder of the card used for payment. This can be done for example by sending a code via SMS.

10.3 MrBrando using third-party payment platforms such as paypal and payplug will not have the need to save information relating to users' credit cards, such as the card number, it will also be possible to see the name of the user from whom the payment will arrive in order to be able to do so. link to the order placed.

10.4 MrBrando will prepare the Products only upon confirmation of the successful outcome and payment. In the event that the payment is made by bank transfer, it is necessary to calculate a few more days for the successful completion of the bank transfer.

10.3 If the debit of the amount due by the User is not successful, MrBrando will send an electronic communication to the User, inviting him to pay the amount due within 7 days of receiving the aforementioned communication, with the warning that, in case of non-payment within the indicated term, the contract will be considered terminated pursuant to art. 1456 cc. In the event that the User, within 7 days, makes the payment, MrBrando will proceed with the preparation and shipment of the Products. The delivery time indicated during the purchase process will start from the day of payment and/or graphic draft approval, whichever comes later.

10.4 In order to guarantee the security of payments made on the Site and prevent any fraud, MrBrando reserves the right to ask the User by electronic communication for a copy of a valid identification document which must be sent to MrBrando by term indicated, it being understood that pending the requested document, the order transmitted by the User will be suspended. In case of receipt by MrBrando of valid documentation within the term assigned to the User, the consequent delivery terms applicable to the Product will start from the date of receipt of such documentation. If, on the other hand, the User fails to send the requested documentation within the terms, the contract will be considered terminated by law pursuant to and for the purposes of art. 1456 cc and the order consequently canceled, without prejudice to MrBrando's right to compensation for any damage it may incur or has incurred due to the User's illegal behavior.

10.5 The commercial invoice, if requested by the User, will be made available in the User's personal area and, if requested, sent to the latter in pdf format. During the purchase process, the User, who wishes to receive the invoice, will therefore be asked to provide billing data. For the issuance of the invoice, the information provided by the User, which the latter declares and guarantees to be truthful, shall be authentic, releasing to MrBrando every broader indemnity in this regard.
