Yes, it is possible to buy neutral items, i.e. without customization.

What are the printing techniques?
MrBrando uses different personalization techniques for each item, and each item has different requirements/possibilities. Please refer to the product page for the personalization techniques available for that item.

In what format should I send the graphics for customization?
The files accepted for printing are the following: vector pdf, .ai and .eps.
When should I upload the file for printing?
It is possible to upload the print files at any time, the technician will check that the uploaded files are suitable for printing and within 48/72 h you will receive, by email directly, the graphic draft or communications relating to the cacricated logo.
Does MrBrando provide a graphic reworking service?
MrBrando can also offer a graphic re-elaboration service for files not suitable for printing. The cost depends on the size and type of the logo to be reworked, starting from 30 Euros + VAT.
What is a graphic draft and what is meant by customer acceptance?
The graphic draft is the digital representation, an image or layout of how the final product will come, including all the technical details relating to customization or production.
The customer's acceptance of the draft is required as a final confirmation to proceed with production. It is essential to check it precisely because any errors will be the responsibility of the customer.
When is an order considered approved and confirmed by MrBrando?
MrBrando considers an approved order when the customer has accepted the graphic draft. Read the Conditions of Sale for more information

Once the graphic draft has been viewed, before proceeding with the order, is it possible to receive a sample?
You can create multiple graphic drafts and request more than one sample, the costs are variable and depend on the type of product and the processing required. The cost of the samples is canceled if you proceed with the purchase of the relative goods.
Why do the samples cost?
The cost of the custom samples is due to the out-of-pocket costs of the printing or customization facilities, for the samples of neutral items.
How long does the sample take?
The sample is made on average in 7 working days.
How long does it take to process a graphic draft and how long does it take to receive the sample if requested?
The free graphic draft is issued in 48 / 72h excluding any reworking of the files.
How long does it take for an order to be personalized and delivered?
The timing of customizations varies from 7 to 10 days, standard delivery is guaranteed in 3 days so hypothetically an order is delivered in about 12 working days. This timing may vary according to the season, the availability of the machines, the quantity requested and other unforeseen factors. Mandatory delivery dates must be communicated and agreed upon in advance.
How do I track the shipment?
You will always be informed about the status of your orders via email, and you can check your delivery in real time from the orders menu in the user area of the site.
What is meant by direct production?
By direct production we mean a production made ad hoc for the customer. MrBrando offers a special direct production service called MrBrando SPECIAL. The service takes care of supporting the customer in the different steps of the realization of a promotional item, from the idea to the design, to the production, to the customization, to the delivery.
When is direct production or import from abroad advisable?
If the customer is interested in purchasing large quantities, Mrbrando recommends direct production or import from abroad.
What are the deadlines for a direct production or for an import from abroad?
Foreign production normally takes from 30 to 40 days, then the necessary times for transport must be added, which can be 7/10 days if carried out by air or 40 days if carried out by ship.
Can I return goods?
Of course, it is always possible to make a return. We remind you that the return service, according to the legislation in force, is only allowed for neutral or defective items and is accepted according to the Returns and Complaints policies.

Why is there no merchandise return for personalized items?
Art. 59, letter c) of the Consumer Code excludes the right of withdrawal for irreversibly personalized items and therefore no longer resalable.
